You sure have been hearing a lot about Hypnosis.
The question is have you been hypnotized before?
Well, hypnosis can be break down in to many different topics or types.

To enter the Hypnosis mode
With the audio, you need to:-
- Find a comfortable and silence place
- No distraction ( silence the hp, focus, make sure no other things/ppl that will distract you during the hypnosis process)
- Lay down on any place you feel comfortable and play the audio
- Concentrate on the audio, listen to what he is telling, believe in him..

After the whole process, you will feel refresh, stress-free =D
