when you are passionate to doing something... then this is motivation.. at behind making you passionate..
example.. ah beng like to eat ice cream... but he is lazy to doing home works...
then his mother.. will reward ah beng an ice cream.. once ah beng.. complete the homeworks...
the lazy ah beng.. will got motivation to fast fast complete the homework.. because he wan to eat the ice cream..
that is the meaning of motivation..
so.. what is demotivation?
demotivation is the opposite meaning of motivation..
when ah beng.. passionate to complete the homeworks...
then suddenly ah beng heard a news that the ice cream already finish..
the lazy ah beng already no mood to continue his homeworks..
this is one of the example of demotivation..

this is another example..
ah beng like to eat ice cream...but every time.. when ah beng brought the ice cream..
and start eating the ice cream.. there is a mosquito keep on flying in front of ah beng's face..
it is very irritating ah beng to enjoy the delicious ice cream...
then suddenly... mosquito bang in to ah beng's ice cream...

the mosquito.. keep on disturbing ah beng at beginning.. and finally bang to the ice cream...
and make ah beng demotivate to enjoy the ice cream...

the meaning actually is.. ah beng already no mood to complete the things..
motivation is the power at behind.. pushing the people moving forward to the target..
when demotivation comes in, the power has been weaken..
that means... ah beng already no power to move on already..

why demotivation will happen?
when we put hope in to something..
when we want something...
when we want our plan to work in that way..
but what we want.. can't be done...

what cause demotivation?
when we got hope.. and wishing to get something...
we will do anything to reach the dream..
but.. in the middle of it.. something bad happen..
this making you can't reach the dream as your plan..
and making you demotivate to complete the dream..

how to demotivate other peoples?
do something that other peoples don't like..
